Possible Fix for those with the Mail Icon Bug: I got that a couple times too. The pick seems to always spawn in the same spot when repeating the quest, but I had to search for it too when I came back with an Alt for the first time. Try behind the ruined wall towards the top of the search zone (near where the minor heroic encounter happens).

@nitocris83: Will fix include some credit for the season that just ended? It was my first real attempts at PVP and would be sorely disappointed to go home empty handed after all the pain and frustration.
