I submitted the ticket Arc but I play in ps4 I don't know is that will help and it is not only working for the first hours of the event it is not working at all. I spent more last sunday at it still not working in ps4 and I did not buy the zen in first hour too of the event.

The times I run it happen to me and I think is consistently because I saw one of my friend that it happen to him too.
