Let's throw in my two cents, because I've submitted a bug report on this, too. Case #765129. And considering this happened LAST YEAR, too, and given it was asked, yes, it has happened to others (clearly ::points upward::) and on every one of my characters.

Yeah, this is my main concern, too, after reading about M7. Definitely want to find out more information.
