This game is much better than others in that department. Your enchantments / mounts / insignia's / boons / companions all stay with you. Only your armor/weapons are mandatory to replace when new stuff comes out and higher levels are added.

I have just returned a month ago. I last played at the beginning of Icewind Dale. While there is a lot of catch-up I have to do - I am having a lot of fun. Bought the sound card. Didn't help. Shame as the game worked perfect for me before (Played about 1 year ago). Not sure what happened. Going to try Wildstar.

Ok I have narrowed it down to a sound problem. The AudioDG is also spiking when this happens. Disabling dolbly processing for my realtek sound helped but not didn't fully resolve. Disabling my sound fixes it, but the game isn't as fun without sound. Also found this, where someone else had the exact same issue.…

Free Antivirus programs are fine. In fact there usually better as they don't contain all the extra junk the paid versions come with to make you think you didn't waste your money.

Not sure if there perma bans. I got suspended for 72 hours for pulling out a bunch of stones. Didn't sell any though, just gave them to my friends. When you try to log on though it just says banned, you have to check your email to see the details. People might just be trying to log on, see banned, then panic and post here.

This is a really cool idea. Maybe give pets a weapon slot, and make some actual Pet Only gear as rewards. With a real weapon, companions might actually be useful in the game. Please fix there stats though, as half of them do nothing, or there DPS is so low, the stats don't matter.

I think its pretty clear by now there isn't going to be a rollback. And without a rollback, I have no idea how they can handle this. If they make stones BoP again, how would this effect the ones in the mail or Guild banks (And i'm sure there are thousands). If they delete all stones, thats really not fair for the people…

If your answer is to delete all the stones, at least consider upgrading them to blue since a lot of people spent time levelling them / gearing them / upgrading them to Blue/Epic.

Once you have your T1 Set, you should be able to move onto T2 Dungeons (Any Dungeon with a GS req. of 7000+ should drop T2 stuff. There are exceptions though... Ran this twice today. You can't loot the chest at the end during dungeon delves. Pretty bad this has not been fixed yet.

I opened 60 boxes. Got 2 Blue Artifacts, the healing one. Mabye 10 Leadership packs, with 5 having blue adventurers in them, the others had green. Ya its completely random, I did about 6 runs yesterday and got wolves on 2 chars, I think 2 weapon transmutions and a few blue gems. Have you actually done testing with the combat log or are you just going by what you see. From my testing recovery is pretty much useless, with even Max (about 300 on a pet) he gets MABYE gets an extra attack or two in per minute. Essentially useless. Recovery doesn't work on Man at Arms, as others have said. This has been confirmed 100% through the comabt log.

From my own testing with Advanced Combat Tracker, recovery does nothing for companions. It made zero difference testing on Caleb Durr and Dancing Shield. Recovery does nothing for companions. From my testing, stats seem to cap around 400-500. Armor Pen and power seem to give a 10% DPS increase regardless of amount. 350 Crit will double the companions stat. I would go Def, Power & Crit to 300-500, the rest into health for a healer.
