update your gear to appropriate levels. There's also a reason why stats on those low lvl seal gears are mostly defense+defelct. Use defensive skills for soloing.. try encounters that refill your stealth meter(if you have them) to keep staying in it like bait and switch and shadow strike. Also, use impossible to catch/smoke…

when you have a daily and use lurker assault, impact shot+lashing blade can get you 3 kills easily for the duration

what I'm wondering more is if Sly Flourish would be better than Duelist flurry when using Master Duelist 4 set since the flurry albeit multiple hits is only counted as one

I think it'd be awesome if and when the new paragon paths will be available, you'd be able to choose either two weapons ranger or archer ranger.. but then again we already have a TR
