I asked for any solution. Told them id be happy with my AD back, the diamond, or ANY other solution they could think of. Their solution was to tell me to go f*ck myself.

Agreed with quite a bit I see here. I've lost 2 keys so far, but I havnt even complained, because I know for FACT arc will not compensate. Just like a brilliant diamond I lost 2 weeks ago.
