I have the same problem I can't log in using the european proxy.

had the same problem all beta I got the message on the screen even went to the mail guy tried it few times with few hours intervals the mail icon was light up during the whole beta and I didn't see anything in the inbox.

I have the same problem I have a 120hz monitor and the refresh rate just won't stick and for fps you can write /showfps 1 and it will show in the up right corner. And yes the game won't go above 60 fps no matter what.
