They are, the "account-wide" unlocks we paid for are in the Zen Item shop pack labelled "Champion of the North Pack"

There is a pack in the Zen Store on Xbox One called "Champion of the North" that gives almost everything we got in the founder pack for PC, with the exception of Astral Diamonds and probably some other things that I can't remember. It costs 6000 Zen so it's significantly cheaper than the money we spent on the founder pack.…

Ohhhh no way am I going to bother playing the Xbox One version if I don't have my founder items. I don't care about transferring characters, but I think we should at least have access to our founder pack items. =/ I'm not going to pay again to play as the Menzoberranzan Renegade race. That would be frustrating.
