1. press Ctrl + i 2. wait animation, wait for text "Press alt to return the game" 3. press Ctrl + i again or left click invoking button in right up corner. Works for me on every 1st invokes of the day. 2nd and after needs only Ctrl + i.

Rubber band is one reason why I won't play PVP. It's with all chars not just GWF. I'll get killed before I can react to red circle or any attack animation I see. My net connection is good (100mb) but lag here in the old Europe is too much.
