Sorted, thanks a lot. Bit of a really complex way to reclaim enchantments. And yes when i hover over the ench it did say in red "you have no more reclaim available for this enchantment, you need to purchase more account unlock"

And if i go to the reclaim agent it clearly show and say that I'm technically able to reclaim the celestial cobalt, but it just simply won't let me. The upgrade process was done correctly, it is a glitch from the game

I just simply do not understand why it suddenly lost the (R) Hope it can be an easy fix and resolved quickly.

Thank you for the help on the screenshot, but I still have an issue with my ench. I was able to claim it on all of my characters as a mythic (R) since upgraded it at celestial it is no longer (R) and only bound to 1 character only. The enchantment is bound to account as i was able to reclaim via the reclaim agent as Mythic on all of my characters. I had no issue whatsoever with reclaiming and upgrading to Mythic, all my enchantments were upgraded to celestial and only 1 is bugged. Simply unable to reclaim.
