• I have also experienced this issue with the Serene Robes of the Dragon Hunter. When you die and are resurrected you gain revive sickness. While revive sickness is active you do not gain critical strike percents at all. Once you remove revive sickness things go back to normal.

• I was able to assemble the quadrants, but did NOT get a completed orb, nothing further can be done in the campaign window and no new quests are available from Sybella.

• 20+ runs and no token. If it drops with the chest, I've had several times where it would say "You may only have one of a unique item." and the chest would not open. You would then have to open it manually.

• Same problems. Trying to login to the website so I could post this comment resulted in "You have exceeded the number of pin redemptions." I wasn't trying to redeem a pin, just log in.
