With 1850 gs, 60k hp, my trapper HR routinely gets one-shot in SCENARIOS by standard ranged mobs chucking spears at me. There's no red to dodge, no big obvious wind-up to run out of, no CC that is going to save me. Just random falling over dead. And scenarios don't even "require" heals or a tank. HR, 1150ish ilevel. Chugging potions like it's Diablo. Leveling in the new zones a pack will often take off 80-90% of my HP right off the bat with their opening charge move. And don't move on to the next hub until you've actually leveled, or you'll just drain your gold on health potions.

There are filter algorithms that work. I haven't seen a single spam in WoW in years. They could fix it if they cared.
