I am quite clueless of tech, but I had the same "Loading... Please wait..." when trying to access Neverwinter from Arc. I just tried it through Steam and got in without any trouble, and so far no crashes to speak of. It's likely not a fix, but it may work for others as well. Just thought I'd throw it out there.
