As I see it, a captcha would make the most sense when logging in. Having to enter one each time you start a task wouldn't actually improve the gateway.. It'd also drive people ingame, again, and if these are bots, well. Doesn't help. About bots causing lags; yes, they can. If they ARE carefully optimised, it's possible…

Putting up a NPC that trades your AD for ZEN wouldn't fix the problem, would it..? I mean.. those AD would be gone from the market, effectively stabilizing it, plus it'd help out in situations as the current one where the zen market practically stagnated. Let's say the npc would take just as much as the last highest value…
