Well, you got a point. It's 1:1 now. But this means you can't do the random queues with 5 people if one of them don't have unlocked all queues. This is even worse than my original thought.. So? What about being to weak and the need to switch to another class for completing the run? And why should it be impossible to have accounts with not having unlocked high end dungeons? That's pretty easy. That's just like the devs - reading the full text and only answering half of it.
