I feel the same way with Divine Call, Lostmauth's neck, encounters and Corrupt Black Ice enchantments the AP recovery time can be quite good. Couple that with the fact 10% increased DR, 5% damage reflect, AND 35% increased damage and encounter cooldown when they fix the capstone, its too good to pass up!
