I installed and loaded for first time and game crashes at character creation screen with error codeCE-38700-8 I have not been able to play at all. Please let me know what Sony say about the code.

Downloaded and install onyx head starter pack. Press play on main screen and just before character creation the game crashes. Tried reinstall, same problem. On Eu servers.
