Server is up for the Press to do their previews, such as the guys over at MMORPG did last night. They will flip the switch to allow normal beta players in when it is time.

I don't get any errors when I go to the link in the OP I do not see any issues, and get the Thank You box for purchaing the Heros Founders pack. I've logged in and out multiple times over a few days, and still do not have the Permission Groups link in the My Account Settings area.
