Since they advertise on the Landing Page that you should do dungeons for the loot you can sell on the auction house, it could be said that the only use for need is for the nice people (like me, I should add) to be nice. So why do the tooltips say they expire and when they are going to expire? I don't know that they DO expire, because I believed the tooltips and exchanged them. Specifically, the tooltips say the Ardent Coins never expire, but that you need to spend the Celestial Coins before their expiration point.

There are several threads in the Dev Tracker about the maintenance and they did have an announcement posted on the Gateway this morning, but I didn't see any on the main page or in the "News and Announcements" forum. They need to get a process in place for these announcements - not hit and miss, or here and there. ;)

When I said "legal" issues I meant the suits in the legal department saying that selling virtual goods with the shoddy information we have on these Founder's Packs was not really a good idea. Not that anything illegal was happening - just not well thought out. Slap a TOS on it and go doesn't always cut it.
