I was putting the new artifact packages on several on my alts, but after 9 pm cst on 10/4/2021, they disappeared from teh reclaim agent's Promo tab. I got them on a dozen characters, but I still have others that need the facy 1300 neck belt items and the nice artifacts.

another issue I found is that if you had previously purchased the Soradiel companion, it is no longer available in the Zen Store.

Can you make it an account unlock and bound to character? This way, no one can trade it and the freebie can be claimed by all characters on an account. I did receive the email, but did not see it until after the code was disabled.

I was able to get all items in the pack. The companion is blue. She just about kills any thing she looks at. Keep in mine the character I have used her on is below level 10 so how well she performs is skewed. The temp hit point buff is nice.

I logged into gate way test, but all I see is a retrain token and a race change token. Where do you see this Sargent Knox companion at?

I believe it expires on 8/4. What I want to know is if the companion in the pack is an account unlock or a regular use on one character companion.

I have yet to get my rewards either. I did file a CS ticket.

I am a little confused. During the Charge Rewards event, I transferred in 2500 zen. The blog says that all rewards have been sent out. I did not receive any rewards.

I do not like the way the warlock walks. He reminds me of Igor when he has dirtied his shorts. I would prefer a more upright walk. Please do not let this be the final animation.

This just happened to me as well. I completed the Sune Challenge and when I opened the box, it said I had gotten an epic reward. All I got was a potion of major healing and a potion of major rejuvenation. I would not call that epic. I did submit a ticket.

I just crashed while standing in protector's enclave with a new character

I am still crashing on a Foundary mission. It seems to happen when an AOE is cast. My character is a wizard. The foundary mission was Dwarven Rebellion. I am running Windows 7 I have a quad-core i7 1.6 Ghz 4 gig of ram Nvidia GT 320M with 1 gig of ram

I did enjoy playing the controller wizard. I leveled him to level 20. It took me awhile to figure out how to use the character.
