Two days of not being able to log in is just unacceptable. Just what will be done to compensate people that have paid for their VIP? This need not have happened.

So much for everything being up and running, I get as far as seeing my toons then "poof" crash report. Is it too much to expect you to actually fix things before you say they are fixed
