I am seeing the same. At first I thought it was my connection, switched carriers and saw the same thing. Hope it is fixed soon so I can resume living my online life :)

Figured out my issue I believe. I had my packs appeared full and had items in the overload bag. Once I removed the items it started working...

I think I had the same issue with my Scourge Warlock, I had fewer paragon points after the update.

I have the same issue with the invoke. Since the game updated my primary Character Elizabeth@Kelvin Hunter (level 57 Scourge Warlock) will not complete the invocation. The character raises her arms then the screen goes dim with a Fire red line at the top and bottom of the screen but never gets the rewards. Hitting the 'B'…
