Am i the only one enjoying a good wipe (or more, **** we wiped an entire month on Byzola !!) :) besides, if mmo's encounter were not a bit hard and needed a bit of learning, we d never had Onyxia wipe ! and that one makes me laugh every time i listen to it ... hop i ll go and check it out once more :…
this, i cant count the number of groups where ppl wont even answer any of your question, advice, emergency afk message or anything doesnt help a bit indeed
well mmo gaming gather a wide range of ppl since 2004, young and old, casual and hardcore, capable or not. there s enough variation in content in most game so that this wide variety of gamers will find something to do, solo & story-driven questing, pvp, skirmishes, 5-man dungeons, raids and so on... i believe dungeoning…
find yourself a guild with new and vet mmo players, nice and dedicated people who dont mind wiping a bit, and try again, and again, and again if need be. they aint too hard believe me, you just need a bit of practice with dedicated players. i mean it, get in a guild :) edit, oh and ... i am an elitist, we aint all flamers…
I am confused about your title Giant, are you really a moderator on this forum ? if so, imho, you should try to be a bit more diplomatic. I know you are stating and eventually defending opinions here, but nonetheless, I believe moderators should try to remain neutral, if not in their ideas, at least in their expression.…
some ppl realy dont get it and/or dont read it all, which is ok but... 3 weeks ? taking your time and enjoying your journey ? ok that s how you feel bout it, what some of us mean is : i have a lvl 31 rogue, i started the toon 3 weeks ago also approx, guess what, this is way too fast to my taste.
such a stupid comment, where do you read anywhere in the post you are quoting that this person is playing 24/7. to me he/she sounds like a reasonable person, way more than you do. now you, perhaps, should try and spend more time in real-life, maybe your communication skill would improve a bit.
such a cliche most hardcore players I been guilded with are adults with work and families, hence "lives", enjoying their good old rpg. as it happens, in my mmo experience, and it s a long one, ppl that whine the most about leveling too slowly and not getting their T18 gear asap are ppl without lives or frustrated kids edit…
I am not a "basement dwellers with 24/7 gaming lives", I ve always been studying, working, enjoyed hanging out irl with friends and so on, even tho, i ve had my share of hardcore gaming while in EQ1 & 2 or EVE... well in these games, back in the days (cuz there s been a lot of changes now) hitting the max lvl or finally…
hmm while indeed i noticed that with the four other professions, with the screenshot example i provided this is not the case, that particular rare tasks will only allow 2 assets. leadership is the only profession i m bashing actually, since even at low level the rare tasks reward in leatherworking (the only one i worked on…
the gateway now gives you access to your crafting even on a cellphone besides, the rare tasks pop and change every hour, this is not something you can actually plan cuz your going away or to bed, there are other common tasks that last 6, 12 or 18 hours for that
ok for those noobs like me who d wonder, here s the trick :) when you are party leader, right click your portrait, there s an option about joining request and how you want to handle em, you can choose between : always accept always deny always ask guess it s always accept by default then. have funz Kela
I don't think so, but then I am not 100% sure either. To me it just seemed he appeared out of thin air, the friend I was partying with just told me something like "dude, who's that guy you just invited ?" I didn't know there was a request to join party either actually. Anyway, thanks for the reply.
