I liked the feel of the cleric a lot as it currently is. *bump* Also cutscenes should freeze combat when triggered, I had multiple instances where a triggered cutscene got me hurt/killed as mobs would be taking free swings at me the whole time. (plague tower boss death cutscene was the worst offender).
Yeah, I think what they were going for was to indicate your known skills got more powerful, but different tooltips to indicate that change would be nice, even if it were just "suchandsuchskill (lvl 3)"
It depends on what their goal is for the particular beta test/event. If they just want to get an initial feel as to how people like content, gameplay, mechanics etc. & work out some of the bugs they aren't going to take a particularly large sample size (i.e. the early beta weekends.)
