• Speaking of Stalwarts has anyone heard anything about them fixing the set bonuses? I decided to save for a cat before getting my stalwart's helm and I'm now thinking of completing the Timeless set instead as at least with that I'd get the bonus.

• It drops off the dragon yes, but there is a small % as like all end bosses he has a large loot table. The other place it can drop is in a chest at the end of a dungeon delve see http://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Dungeon_Delve for the rough chances of the chests.
