I can't even get anywhere. Once I click on any of my chars, I don't even get a loading screen, but a "disconnected from server" right away. (PC - based in UK)

Have you checked whether there was a message like "converted xx rough Astral Diamonds" in your chat window after changing zones/instances? Sometimes the system converts your rough AD automatically, and then it looks like you haven't earned any - but the rough AD will have been added to your normal AD. I would check for…

LotRo would be a good choice - so much to do. GMs actually come to you in the game, talk to you and solve problems if they can (e.g. you're stuck, something is bugged etc.). There's also a very nice community - and this comment will probably soon be deleted. Neverwinter, I just learned, doesn't even have ANY GM support…

They really have no GMs during the weekends? Wow. Just wow. That, by the way, comes from someone whose day off is Wednesday - working weekends really is quite normal these days. And from a company that has a product which is online every day, 24 hours a day, you would also expect service during the weekends.

I have the same problem. I sent a ticket but still didn't receive any reply (over 18 hours later). I did everything twice so far and the waterfall remains blocked (I even put on the "z" pathfinder thing to make sure that I'm not just looking in the wrong spot). And I really don't want to do everything for a third time.…
