• This is why CoX died. Changes should never be made to a class unless you are actually playing that class on a regular bases like it is your job. Period. Splitshot is indeed what put the HR close to the dps amount of a GWF and CW. There is nothing of worth mentioned that keeps HR competitive for dps to make up for -45%…
