I find the Lion and Manticore seals are useless. There are two vendors that take lion seals, and both sell the same crappy items. By the time I had enough seals to buy something I had already out leveled everything. Lion seals drop from lvls 16-30~ yet I never once wanted to purchase any of the items. Same with manticore…
