"Everyone, stay back! There are demons ahead. Let me handle this" "Those are just imps Faith, you're not even DPS buil.." "I SAID LET ME HANDLE THIS!!"
The reason I questioned it is that the Thayan Zealot armor has an open midrift and shows my characters belly button. That one seems to have a closed midrift.
It does not. I tried on my alt. I joined in, shared the quest (everyone got it), left the party and immediately the key was gone from my inventory and the quest was out of my log. Probably just missed on on getting the only chest on my alt. :'(
100% Back Theosymphany on this. I've had this happen 100 times in the past few days. It's easy enough to work around, but common enough that you have to always be on your toes. Sucks the fun right out of the game.
This is a major issue and needs immediate attention. It is a slap in the face to your most dedicated players that this is not resolved! Cryptic, I implore you, resolve this major error in your game as soon as possible!
We NEED this chest fixed. This is ridiculous. Fight all the way to the end of this grueling dungeon only to see the text "Goodbye!" when you go to get your reward. It's a slap in the face!
It's actually quite a simple solution really. Want to make people start running dungeons for loot again, even after they already have the gear? Increase the refinement cap to 100,000 rough AD per day. Then people will run their current reserves dry and start running T2s for BOP gear to salvage.
Without making this into one of those "I quit" threads, I am seriously exploring new venues to get my MMO fix. Silly, I know, to be saying that over a hat, but it's not just the hat. It's the missed opportunities. The struggle to grind out that full set seems wasted when the potential is crashed to the ground in the…
It's like the new 'farming' event for Midsummer. The devs seem to be making a mockery of those who work and work just to earn AD. Giving me a fancy farmers hat is just a low blow. Was going to buy zen tonight, but not to support that HAMSTER.
The way it seems is that the Cryptic design team is a bunch of trolls, coming up with challenges for each other like "Boost sales by changing the RGB of one part of an item" and "Come up with the biggest lawl hat ever for each classes T2.5 armor." I'm really not one to bash designers or coders because of bugs, which happen…
I'm really quite appalled by this. Makes me think that the devs aren't paying attention. Really, I'm questioning if I should spend another cent on this game to promote such behavior. A response from the devs could turn me around, but it's gonna need to be quick.
Almost died when I saw that xD Please Cryptic, if I could just have my ears and my hair back I'd be content, but if you could just go back to the drawing board with this helmet, that'd be great,
That's what it is! That's what has been driving me nuts. Something about it didn't seem right and I didn't know what it was. This completely explains why this helm is a mistake.
I will be filing an equipment bug report for the helm, as well as the glitched 'apron' on the chest that does not dye with the rest of the armor as you may notice.
Here's some more pics after I dyed it with Sylvan Grove dye. The helm actually looks kind of cool from the front. Would have preferred something that actually matched, but I could get used to that.. THIS. THIS I cannot get used to. Like WTF is that?! Why am I bald!??!
Yeah really I can learn to appreciate the farmer hat, but the baldness.. I mean I view my character from the back the whole time and I look like some kind of alien with a bean for a head. When you start inspecting it becomes immediately clear that my character is now strangely bald, and takes away from the synchronicity of…
I saw someone on the forums make a metaphor today about how being the best in this game is like being a professional athlete. When you look at it that way it's easy to see why these new weapons are so coveted. Professional athletes push their bodies to extremes and spend money on ridiculous little things, just for the…
It's actually really easy to open thatany lockboxes. In over 50% of the cases of buying 10 keys I've been able to make back 90% or more by selling everything I got from them. People forget the tarmalune bars and how you can get a coalescent ward with 200 of them. If you're clever, you can set yourself up to pretty much…
As a player who has opened 700+ lockboxes without spending a cent, I'd say this game has it nailed with the AD to Zen conversion. If you play all the game has to offer, then you won't have to spend any money, an option that is lacking in most other F2P MMOs.
Big fan of this game and the attention they give to it. People often complain that the Devs don't care, but I think they do. I've played many MMO's and of all of them I feel I actually have much more of an interface with Neverwinter devs. I spend a lot of time on this game, maybe missed out on some opportunities but gosh…
I'm super stoked about the update. There's so much to do now with Sharandar and the Midsummer Fest. I think the content they've provided is truly an expansion and generally a step away from the 'beta' feel of this game.
