i went into options and logged in with no trouble in safe mode-no crashes,smooth play.

that fix doesnt work.

workaround did nothing.no change-same crash before character screen.

I can log into other Arc games but not neverwinter..uggg

No-its a log in server problem because I dont use Steam on this computer so its on Arc's end not ours.
