Same problem at PC: I crafted Linen Swordknot in 2 versions: +1 and normal. The normal version is char bound, the +1 version is unbound. I never used it, I'm a warlock and don't own a barbarian :) Not urgent to repair that, but maybe at next upgrade of crafting ...
