Same thing is wrong with my HR. Im out in Icewind Dale..sittin on my but because i cannot commit my powers and cannot keep my feats committed. I posted a bug report and requested gm help since the patch. Nothing fixed. I got an email saying the are going to look at it. That was days ago.
