Same issue here with Great Weapon Fighter. I am at level 24. I have 7 power points to spend, but I can not upgrade any available power to rank 3. Are there more people with the same issue ? Looks like a bug, or am I missing something ingame ? That we have to reach some kind of level?

Has anyone out there not given his companion when reaching level 16? I received level 16, went to this guy to receive my free companion and choose the cleric. However the companion did not appear in my Inventory, and so I am not able to do the next assignment in my journal, where I have to summon my companion... ;-(…
