Hrm... I was going to redownload the game to redeem the code and give the new class a whirl. However, if you can't handle a promotion as simple as this I am not sure I care to bother.

The reason PVP pops fast is cause half of the players doing PVP matches are bots.

As long as it takes months/years to get to the point of being on par with someone that dished out cash in one day.. .Its pay to win folks. This is the reason I started sticking to lower lvl PVP on alts. You run into bots, but you do not run into people that dumped a pile of AD into tricked out enchants, etc.

A lot of people are still ignorant about recent changes. The class is leagues ahead of what it was before the last patch.

and to answer my own question - nope - I demoted the others making me the lone rank 7 (leader) and I still can not speak with the NPCs.

This is getting insanely frustrating. I am the highest rank in the guild - I share that rank with two other people. One of those people was the original founder, but rank wis there is no difference between us. Does it have to be the original founder?

Rift belongs to the tab target family and Neverwinter belongs to the action family. I do prefer the actiony style of Neverwinter, Guild Wars 2 and Tera. Ok let me spell it out in a harsher tone. Whats to stop me from doing the PVP part. Then dropping out on purpose and giving a big finger to everyone else in the group. No - The time to benefit is to high. I would rather work an hour and buy some zen (not that I have had to yet) than spend 8 hours doing crappy surveys for the same amount of zen.

This a standard practice in several MMOs. Not even thread worthy.

This sounds like a good solution to AFKers in PVP to me. You can't afk earn points and gear in this setup.

This game has an anti-sniper auction house. If you bid on an item in the closing minutes, it extends the auction. It does this each time someone bids. I have seen auctions extend for over an hour in some cases. One of the few good things about this AH if you ask me.

The fact of the matter is - no one should have to put up with this. This is simply lazy game design. Any kick in a pugger group should require a vote. Anyone telling them to suck it up and so forth - is as nasty of a individual as the person that kicked them.
