Honestly I didn't realize I needed to 'transfer' the Zen to my Neverwinter account since I did not have those options before (or I totally overlooked them). Just wish I could use the Zen with my original character....loved that guy. :)

Main issue now is the linked accounts to an old account that a family member had many many years ago. I have not been able to access the character/items I had on there but at least I got the Zen. That's a heck of a HUGE update thanks to y'all.

I know. This is my only account that I use in Neverwinter so I'm honestly not sure how it's not there. As I said before I don't want to accuse or point fingers in the fear of being banned. I've seen it happening all over and I just don't wanna have that issue.

I'm afraid to say that out loud itsrabbitz for the fear of being banned. But yes, that is my next action I will take. I am just so frustrated because honestly my family, friends and myself LOVED playing Neverwinter. LOVED it. Now...we're very disillusioned for the most part and that's just sad. :(
