Same problem. Neverwinter launcher stopped working. Running version CL_2013_12_16_19_27. Gets to "Connecting" and shows "Version NW.10.20131211a.9" but never gets to the "Patching" step and shows no button next to it (usually shows "Cancel" followed by "Launch"). Bogs the computer down with something beating on my internet…
