Thank you. The launcher advises players to check the forums. Why is there no update on the forums, as advised? This is simple customer service. Shouldn't be hard. Thank you

When I try to log into the game either through Arc or the Neverwinter Launcher I get a "Login has timed out. Please check your network connection and try again." error message. Any advice would be very welcome.

What I admire most about Cryptic is their complete lack of shame. It's a rare talent to be able to promote content the way Cryptic does, despite the fact that every new mod or half-mod is delivered with a near cataclysmic F.U.B.A.R. I think Customer Services must have been trained in the Trump School of Public Affairs.

Hi. Trying to log into the game but I am getting a "Unable to authenticate: Connection to the account server timed out" error message every time. Anyone else suffering with this?

I've seen a thread which explains that there has been a problem with the new lockboxes but not one which says that the lockboxes are stopping people logging in.

You would have thought I'd have noticed that? Almost all of the forum thread titles have X-Box in them, which suggests that I am not posting in the PC forums at all. Also, having found a number of thread with class mechanics discussions, I note that they are all to do with console commands. But hey, you'd have thought I…
