This is why I think legal might get involved actually. Not sure how the case would play out, but I could see a company being angry enough to do. Especially if substantial losses financially can be tied to this event. But who knows. I just wanted to play some today. /shrug

If it's there, it's not because of fair use. It's because the company that owns it hasn't challenged it or doesn't care. Music specifically sees it as advertising many times. You can't tell me that you've never seen a video taken down from YouTube due to copyright infringement?

3rd button at the top of the UI AD exchange button. Promo claim. It goes to a specific character, unlike zen which is account based. Make sure you want that AD on that character before claiming. There's a way around getting AD to another character, but it's a little more involved.

No wipes. There is a contingent in the community that wants wipes due to rampant exploiting that has led to an erratic market. Cryptic/PWE is taking measures against that now. To what extent and how their actions will impact the game and player base remains to be seen.

Got an example for you that actually will happen. What are they going to do when they implement more paragon paths for the classes? Will the white knights still think people should have to pay Zen for a respec? Or should they role a new character or make a new account or just quit? Which is what everyone is doing right now…
