Back to playing. See my post above. I play STO though. After I did that it did a verify which took about 3 - 5 min and I am back up and running. Seemed to fix everything and now I can log in through ARC also. Thank You jeffthedude. You are the man LOL

I too have been having issues since Friday. Now I am back and it'[s working great. I have changed between char no problems. I did as jeffthedude sayed: I fixed my issues.
