Brilliant! This fixed it for me. Thank you! Note: My character still shows that I've only equipped one dagger, but at least I can dodge roll again.

Chiming in as well, this happened last night after the recent patch. My character has both daggers equipped, but it only shows that I have one. Can no longer dodge roll.
