I had success with a tech support suggestion to "ipconfig /flushdns" and restarted my router and computer, leaving both off for 30 minutes.

I've been having the problems too, from colorado USA. last 5 days have been horrible lag and rubber banding. totally unplayable. worst of all: I can't claim my VIP bag!

Yes, I've been having these issues for the past 5 days, the game is unplayable. rubberbanding, horrid lag, chat comes up 40 seconds late, can't even claim my VIP rewards, i click the button, and ... nothing... :(

I AGREE 100%! I can only play like 1 hour each day, now without leadership I will never get enough AD to gear up my characters... Not just you... We're all getting the lag, except a few lucky ones. I can't play at all, and this all started with mod5. Hope they fix it, I like the game (When it works). I just have to play something else for now.
