They are pretty much equal as their real benefit comes from equiped runestons and items. You just slot your pet with what you need most. So, there is no need for a pet that boosts only crit and ArP (cat). Just use the right combination of rings/neck/belt and enchants to get the stats you want.

Point is that Evocation works only for ST and shield push (and tabed CS). So, less than half your damage is buffed by evocation and thats less than 7.5%. And by the way ... You can do 25k+ hits with shield push (without vorpal enchant and without evocation). But no offence. Everbody has his own playstyle and prefered…

As you mainly focus on single target spells in pvp (not counting GG), I would definitely go for Learned spellcaster 5/5 and not Focused Wizardry.

No, I'm using a greater Lightning which does not proc storm spell. But I use CoI and IT and ST (as you do as well for aoe). Those powers proc a lot of storm spells. Chilling Cloud now grants 1/2/3/4/5% bonus damage to every target you hit ... it is FOR every target you hit not TO. that makes a big difference ... guess it's only a mistake.
