Its because this is a F2P game. Sorry folks what kind of customer service did you think you'd get with a F2P? If it was B2P that'd be a different story. F2P customer service and maintenace has always been 2nd rate. anyone who has played any other of Perfect worlds games, knows that. its takes them forever and a day to fix…
