I really think Dazing Strike should be a core encounter, I think its one of the more defining encounters for Rogue, it hit pretty decent, was fast and it dazes. Felt really out of place when I leveling up the Rogue on preview without it.

Being on PS4, I'll probably try theorycrafting a very stealthy based Sab build since I tend to like sab in first place. I'll just play for fun since Feat paths are pretty balanced with Mod 15.
You have to do all the Sea of Moving Ice repeatable quests atleast once before the weekly Runestead quest will unlock. Probably just missing one as they can be random. Just go through all the quests and it will unlock eventually, I did this with a new character as I forgot how to unlock Runestead.
