I live in Latin America, and receive sub-100 pings, 0% packet loss to the East Coast and South of the US. However, California is a problem for me. Totally agreed. Take example Benediction/Anathema in WoW. Funky looking symbol, but it's a specialty item. Make standard clerics have staves and give them the symbol as a paid thing or a high end item.
