  • I got this fix from another post, but try this fix. If you have an ASUS Motherboard, open your ASUS Suite II software and part of the program is called Network iControl. Disable this and it should iron out your problems! Credit to grolfp.

  • I've got this problem too, I thought it was just on one character but I made a second to check and it is affecting him too. Really no idea what the cause is as I have a very good computer and very fast internet.
