So are we going to get an answer or not? It's kind of a big issue, not being able to do dungeons without spending hours sitting in /lfg looking for a healer.

If this was a new issue introduced by the latest patch or hotfix i'd say, yes sure give it some time. But this issue has been around at least since the game went live. It makes finding groups through the matchmaking nearly impossible with queue times between 20 minutes and 2 hours only to find yourself in an already…
