This isn't just about defense, but go off I guess. Easier than reading and comprehending what is being said after all. Easiest of all is dismissing the idea that there's any problem at all to solo content that isn't exclusively bug related. Hope NWO rewards you for your white knighting, you most certainly deserve it.
This right here is my main issue with the OP changes. I've played tank - and everything else - in more mmos than I care to recall. It has never required resource management, certainly not on the level that OP now requires, to do solo play and fight trash mobs. In all, unless you like boring, accounting style, play style,…
Precisely this. I can't tell if @asterdahl is deliberately misreading or just flooded with information. No one is talking about 1-2 mod old weapons ect still being bis, we're talking about the heavy investments we've made being rendered completely useless and nonviable for endgame play at all over night. It's literally…
Not to mention that GF's at least can still do things while cowering behind the shield, all OPs can do is stand there and twiddle their thumbs. Which gets incredibly boring very quickly. The only reason there's still any cause for OPs being in the game is that GF is still completely fubar, but when/if that gets fixed OP…
Except we can already see the outline of what mod 16 will be and among others it's a blatant flip off of anyone who primarily runs solo content. Second, this goes live in two months max, there simply isn't enough time to even remotely address even half of what would need addressing and in several cases what's wrong is…
You really are determined to be a condescending HAMSTER aren't you? Okay, @adinosii HAMSTER. Listen up. I'm a 16k OP, I could solo everything up to and including Barovia NO PROBLEM. Forget Undermountain, I get one-shotted in HAMSTER Briggin's Tomb ffs! A GF friend of mine can't handle WoD in spite of doing a ton of reading…
Divinity recharge out of combat is insanely slow. It means standing around for a good five to seven seconds while it recharges before being able to move on to the next set of mobs, which is making soloing an absolute pain in the HAMSTER. Damage might be okay, with Divinity on full but the wait for the bar to recharge is…
Sailing in SOMI and in Chult drains the divinity bar to zero. This bug was around all the way from launch of SOMI and it was annoying then, but with the changes to how the class works it is imperative that it gets fixed now.

@nitocris83 The preview server keeps booting me on log in. First it puts me in a queue, which fine I get that, lots of people want to see the giraffe and all, but when the queue gets to zero all that happens is that I'm booted to the log on screen. This happens across three different toons, can't log on on any of them.
@feioso123 We're talking about mod 16 here you know. Looks like the DPS abilities - and hence the ability to level solo - of OP will be nerfed severely. Of course, the alpha testers don't seem to give HAMSTER all about it so they claim it'll all be grand, but that's not what the grapewine says.
Because there's such a magnificent track record of the devs listening to the player base right? Because we have how many mods right now proving that they care jack HAMSTER about our opinions and frankly anyone who thinks otherwise at this point is unforgivably naive. We don't have to go any further than mod 15 and the…
Nope, you still have to do the campaigns. Getting to level 80 has nothing to do with it (apart perhaps from area access). You only get boon points, which can be spend on the boons, by doing the campaigns. Exactly how you get the currency and if there's any difference between areas, remain to be seen. As a post script can I…
So... did I get this right, boons are no longer tied to specific campaigns but you can do whatever part of the game you feel like and earn credit to get boons?
I have a problem with people who are uber rich in the game and tells me that this mod isn't going to screw the playerbase majorly. This person and the other alpha tester that have said anything and think this is the greatest ever is not people I trust because of course they'll be fine. They have the in-game resources, not…
I which case it would still be correct communication to tell the player base that. or just common sense. But the Neverwinter staff doesn't seem to be on speaking terms with either of those concepts so we're most likely to get only radio silence from them.
And that's supposed to mean what exactly? I don't know the person so I'm going to take it to mean that it'll be absolute shti because they're a habitual liar.
Lol, yeah. We all saw how much good that did in mod 15. Ie. absolutely none. Get it through your head, whatever hits test server is going to be what we get. They will make absolutely no changes to it, because they never do. They've already formulated how they want this game to be played and they're going to do nothing to…
