I have 2000+ treasures and 241 EoE. It shows me I have the currency (no longer red) but still says 'Requirements not met'. Edit: The Mirage weapon says 'Clear the docks to unlock campaign store'. Overlooked that before. Thank you.

I've been having that too. Sell a treasure, then try the unidentified item, system tries to sell the treasure i already sold.
