Armor Pen at lv 70 should be 100 = 1%, but, after 50%, it start to hard cap and if i could get 10k armor pen, i should have like maximum 65% armor pen. None of the new encounters for TR are rly usefull for pvp or pve.. for real.. u guys should think better giving to other classes OP encounters and for TRs just AoE low damange useless encounters now that we are ''balanced'' with other classes.
Yeah, i've tryed everything, but nothing worked, the sad part is that my TR on preview is 64 atm and i rly need to test the new maps.. Good to see that isnt only me that have this, hope they gonna fix it soon :D

The problem is, Matchmaking dont work.. and when it work and someone decline, the system bug and put a random pug with 6k GS on your team or on the oposite team.. Matchmaking should be ELO+GS and AWAYS WORK, if there's no party to challange yours so u will wait on the queue.. and not just put a randomic group against you.
